Kitchen Training - €250 per day or €450 for 2 days. 

One or two days on site with a fresh, expert perspective on your kitchen.

Hospitality Training €450. 

On-site training with your team, focused on service, hospitality and 

guest experience. 

Practical, energetic and team-oriented. 

Immediate impact on teamwork, customer satisfaction, atmosphere and revenue.

Quick Scan From €950. 

Includes a mystery guest visit and 2 days on site. 

Independent perspective on your business with a clear action plan 

and concrete improvements. 

Immediately applicable tips for kitchen, service and operations. 

Ideal as a quick review or second opinion.

Starter Package - €2,950. 

Four weeks of intensive guidance for launching a new business. 

Support with concept, menu, suppliers and staff. 

Assistance with permits through my network. 

Practical guidance for setup and launch, both on-site and remotely.

Location Search - From €950 for 3 months. 

Only for buyers, not for agents or sellers. 

Realistic advice on locations and feasibility, with video impressions 

of viewings. 

One hundred percent independent, working solely in the interest of the client.

Monthly Subscription - €395 per month. 

Flexible remote support with one on-site visit per month. 

A reliable sparring partner for you and your team, offering 

solution-oriented advice. 

Ideal for growth, adjustments or temporary support.

After a first free consultation we define the approach and fee together.

Hourly Rate - €95 per hour excl. IVA.
